Purcell Systems Flexible Enclosure (FlexSure™) solution architecture uses pre-engineered, common interchangeable components that enable the creation of outside plant FTTx fiber support solutions utilizing fiber cabinets that can be matched to virtually any equipment, thermal, and power deployment configuration. FlexSure™ modularity offers expandable wireline GR-487 architecture that can easily be upgraded in the field without service interruption; deployed by telecommunications providers in support of DSL cabinet, ADSL enclosure, DLC cabinet, BLC enclosure, xDSL cabinet, copper-to-fiber, fiber hubbing, fiber distribution, and wireless backhaul applications.

All FlexSure™ FTTx fiber hubbing cabinets are certified to Telcordia GR-487 standards and utilize battery base, power, and cross-connect modules as well as additional equipment modules that allow you to pick and choose your options for cooling, battery backup, AC/DC power, cross connect, and line protection.
FlexSure™ OSP fiber cabinets and fiber enclosure configurations begin with the selection of an equipment bay ranging from 12 to 36 rack units of mounting space. Optional components may be added to the main GR487 equipment bay, including various capacity heat exchangers or air conditioners, an enclosed battery base, AC power termination and splice end chamber, and DC power management systems depending on equipment, application, or environmental requirements.
