Purcell Fortifies Executive Team to Continue Growth and Expand Global Operations

Purcell hires Valerie Heusinkveld as CFO and Dennis Baughman as Vice President of Global Services, and names Paul Zoba Vice President and General Manager of its Wireless Business Unit

SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON (May 18, 2007) – Purcell Systems, the global leader in customized equipment support solutions for the broadband communications industry, named Valerie Heusinkveld as chief financial officer and Dennis Baughman as vice president of global services, augmenting domestic and international expansion efforts and global service capabilities.

Ms. Heusinkveld recently held the position of vice president of finance and CFO for Extended Systems Incorporated, and In-System Design, Inc. She has extensive professional finance and legal experience with technology and manufacturing companies including TJ International, and is an honors graduate of the University of Idaho.

Mr. Baughman joins Purcell from Peco II where he held the position of vice president and chief operating officer, services division. Preceding that, Mr. Baughman held the positions of vice president of sales & marketing North/Central America with Delta Energy Systems, and Director of Sales with Marconi Communications. Additionally, he invested 12 years with RELTEC, holding multiple positions including Director of Operations, and Operations Manager of Global Services. Mr. Baughman holds an EMBA from Case Western Reserve and a BSBA from Regis University. 

Purcell Systems vice president of business development, Paul Zoba, has been named vice president and general manager, wireless business unit.  Mr. Zoba's extensive experience within the telecommunications industry and leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development will continue to strengthen Purcell's domestic and international success.
